I reserved a room with two double beds, but instead I got a room with one bed. When I told the front desk all they said was that they no longer had two bed rooms and offered a roll bed.

Loved the location, comfort and cleanliness. I didn’t like the $30.00 per day amenities charge that we didn’t use and was told I would be charge either way. That being said, Hilton properties is always the only choice for us!

The process to check-in is poor. I called a head of time to ask for early check-in. They asked when would I arrive and I told them between 1:30-2:pm and was told it shouldnt be an issue since its soo close to check-in. I arrived at 2pm and I went to check-in and was told my room wasnt ready and that it would be ready at 3pm. I got back in the line to check-in that was very long. It took about half hour to reach the counter only for them to tell me that my room wasnt ready and if I would settle for a king bed.The staff told me everyone is trying to get queen beds and that my room was unavailable. I said that it was unacceptable because I made reservationsand paid for a room with double beds and my kids will be staying with me. I was told the room was not ready and that I would have to wait additional time for a room with double beds. The gentleman at the counter was really nice, but how does this happen if I reserved the room in advance. I explained that I have my children and we travelled very far . Shortly after I was offered breakfast vouchers and was able to check in about half hour after 3pm. Another issue is that I had to leave early due to street closures for new years eve. It would have been nice to have been notified prior.

I liked the location. I did not like how there was two elevators (one was broke) that you had to take up one floor to the lobby and then more elevators to go to your room. Spent way too much time in line for an elevator. Don’t plan on paying cash, they will charge your card anyway. Don’t eat the breakfast. Although it appears like the simple continental breakfasts like other Hilton’s, you will be charged $27 a person. Yes. $27 for bagels, yogurt, bacon and eggs. Per. Person.
